About the Team
The Subscription Account Management team at Nutanix is a dynamic and collaborative group. You will report to the Leader of Subscription Account Management - Middle East and Africa, who leads with a focus on empowerment and team collaboration. The hiring manager has extensive experience in MEA and brings valuable insights into customer success strategies. This role may require some travel, offering opportunities to engage with clients and partners outside the local region. Travel plans will be coordinated based on business needs and client relationships.
Your Role
- Achieve renewal quotas on time to maintain company retention rates.
- Engage with customers regularly for value-added progress checks.
- Liaise with field sales representatives, channel representatives, and partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as finance, sales ops, and rev ops.
- Complete new hire training and acclimate to the company culture within the first 90 days.
- Develop a steady and healthy ecosystem within the assigned sub-region.
- Operate independently and become the primary contact for clients in the mapped area by the end of the first year.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration to achieve shared renewal targets.
What You Will Bring
- 5 to 10 years of experience in customer success or renewals roles.
- Strong software selling skills and experience in quota-carrying positions.
- Basic technical understanding of software licensing and renewal processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in forecasting or sales forecasting tools, knowledge of Aviso, Planhat, and/or SFDC (Salesforce.com) is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
- A native Arabic speaker and fluency in English are required for this role.
Work Arrangement
On Site: This role is based on-site, offering the opportunity to collaborate face-to-face with team members in a dynamic and engaging work environment. Being physically present allows for seamless teamwork and direct access to resources that support your success. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
